Car Carrier from a 2X4
This was one of Brayden’s favorite Christmas presents from his uncle Josh. Nothing like a handmade gift!
I’ll post plans for this as soon as my brother-in-law shows me how he did it.

I’d like to know how he made the wheels. I like how he shaped them to get a wheel and tire look to them.
Those can be purchased. http://amzn.to/1ryrfnL
These were not purchased. I made them. The ones you can buy look nothing like these.

I used a hole saw to cut out the wheel from a 2X4 then used a 1″ paddle bit to hollow out the center. I used a router with a round over bit to shape the inside of the hole to look like a rim then slightly rounded the outer edge with the round over. I cut the treads with a dremel cuttijng wheel.
This is the type bit I used for the center of the wheel.
