    This will not fit through an 80'' door sideways. It needs cut down and is extremely heavy.

    I totally understand your frustration. Ours fit through the door diagonally but it's hard to design around all possible door opening sizes. This is good feedback and hopefully other builders will measure their door first and cut the 4x4 posts to a length that will fit through their door. I'll make a note in the plans.
